Above: Zeitworks Portal - Data Replication patters between commonly used applications can be used to improve business process.
Zeitworks's initial product development cycle stalled due in part to a product vision that had no clear path forward. The team needed to define and release an MVP product. Insights and findings were distributed via static PDF reports and presented to their clients in a meeting.
Zeitworks needed an application that would allow their customers to discover actionable insights and filter business process data by people, process, and performance.
UXA conducted interviews with customers and stakeholders to better understand user needs, technology capabilities, and business goals. Collected requirements were then prioritized against release goals. Product recommendations were presented to the business, data, and development teams for feedback and input. Wireframes were created to build information architecture and interaction patterns. Information architecture and navigation was designed with future feature integration in mind. We recommend data visualizations that would better convey insights and findings.
Recommended an information architecture that would categorize insights by People, Process, and Productivity.
UXA created and hosted a product sprint with the business, data, and development teams to help build consensus, capture ideas, and ultimately recommend a product roadmap to accommodate a speed MVP product release and future feature integrations.
UXA led product meeting and participated in development sprint meetings to provide fast answers, accommodate change orders, and help ensure a user-centered design POV.
Zeitworks Analytics Portal MVP was released inis a self-serve portal where business process owners and managers can view real-time data, analytics, and insights to continually improve their business processes and people performance.
"UXanimal helped us quickly launch our product. They talked to customers, ran design sprints with stakeholders, and worked with our team to design a user experience that connects customers' real-world needs to our business process insights."
